Business Development Associate
RS MediaOne is in search of a dynamic Business Development Associate to support our sales efforts and drive business growth. The role involves acquiring new clients, nurturing strong relationships, conducting market research, creating business strategies and presentations, managing multiple projects, and identifying new business prospects. The successful candidate will work closely with different departments and report to the Head of Business Development.
For nearly 30 years, RS MediaOne has led the field of live event production. Our services include multi-camera video production, LED walls, sound systems, staging setups, staging, lighting arrangements and AV rentals. We are committed to delivering customized solutions for events, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our clients and attendees.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a consultative approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities. A background in sales or marketing and experience in the live events industry is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Collating and maintaining client information in the Pipedrive CRM database
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
- 1 – 2 years relevant work experience in business development in the Events Services industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Friendly and personable demeanor.
- Proficient in Pipedrive CRM Database, Google Workspace, Flex Rental Solutions, a cloud-based inventory management & rental software
Base Pay Range: $55,000-75,000. The base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could vary based on factors such as seniority, merit, and geographic location where the work is performed.
